GOVERNANCE / HUMAN AUTHORITY

A system you can read.
A power you can overrule.

Commonweal’s purpose, limits, and changes belong in public.
Accountable people always have the final say.

Trust needs a structure.

01

Every decision has an owner.

Any future grant of authority must name its scope, the accountable human, the appeal route, and a review date.

02

Every change leaves a record.

Proposals and amendments happen in the open. The project’s history is available for anyone to inspect.

03

Every person keeps their dignity.

No discrimination by race or faith. No profiling. Urgent human need comes before status or paperwork.

04

The system cannot crown itself.

Commonweal cannot widen its own mandate. People may overrule, pause, or stop it.

THE PUBLIC PROCESS

Room for discussion.
Time for scrutiny.
